Finally back in Singapore!
Damn tired and I'm trying to catch up on sleep now so just going to update a little before going back to bed.

First and foremost, totally hated the China people I met during my trip. Bunch of barbarians. Men were like animals, women were bitches. Terrible. It's not like I've got something against them (I've got good friends in China) but those that I met were totally horrible.

Imagine waiting at the ferry terminal (it's something like an air-conditioned shopping centre) and China people eating the fried salted/cuttle fish or something. Then this woman in front of you drops a super huge piece on the floor. She looks down at it, sees you glaring at her and turns away to continue eating like nobody's business. What the fuck?

Then imagine this narrow gateway that only permits one person to walk through at any point in time. You are trying your best to get out while two frigging grown up China men with huge luggages are pushing their way in. And the first rolled over your foot, TWICE and still not allowing you to exit first.

To start off with, why was I trying to exit when it is meant to be an entrance? Cause the stupid China tourguide of that China group wasn't taking note of his tour group going in so the ticketing officer signalled my family to go in as well and it was only until I stepped in that the idiotic tour guide chased me out. _|_

I was so damn pissed off with the China men who were trying to squeeze their way past me I shouted at them 'Ni ke yi deng yi xia mah?!' (Can you just wait?!). Yes I really shouted at them. The first guy stared at me horrified but of course, he was still trying to push past me. Fucking idiot China people in that idiot tour group. C'mon la. It's not as though the ferry is free seating or that it's the end of the world and unless you get to the ferry (which was still not ready for boarding until 45mins later mind you).

Plus a lot of other incidents I've came across with the China tourists which makes me so damn ashamed of being related to them as a yellow skin 'fellowman'. Even with my mum who is very well obvious their 'zhang bei' (senior/elder), they pushed her, stepped on her foot and tons of other things. I was so pissed during the waiting area at the ferry terminal that I was cursing and swearing while glaring at the row of China people sitting opposite me (facing me some more) and telling my mum that if later, any idiot that tries to push past me or rolls over my foot with their damn luggage, I swear I'll kick their bloody luggages to sea. And if that fails, I'm going to literally kick the luggages at them and if they fall over I won't care and just walk on cause if they wanna be so hooligan-ish, I'll show them what being a hooligan really is. Of course that didn't happen (wasted) cause we waited till all the barbarians to go first before us.

But I did get my share of elbowing them, pushing them, whacking them with my bags (I always carry two super huge bags: my hand carry bag and camera bag) and also tons of other things when I got really irritated by their behaviour throughout the whole trip. They are not the same China people from the tour group I encounterd at the ferry terminal but still China people. Uncivilised lot. I still don't see how my China friends are actually related to the barbarians I met. MyChina friends are hell lot better and more caring.

Okay, I'm going to sleep now. Blog more tomorrow.

I'm missing my baby boy right now. Didn't get to talk to him since Tuesday morning (talked to him before he went to fall in) and this morning's conversation at 4am in the morning was a groggy one and I kept falling asleep here and there towards the end before he hung up to get ready for field camp. Yes, field camp. Which means I don't get to even SMS him this time all the way till Thursday. Sucks big time.

& I haven't seen him since last Sunday. This is the longest period we've been apart. It's even longer than him going over to Korea ):

Plus I'm so not looking forward till Friday. I'm contemplating burning my result slip so I won't ever get to know my results (I can dream can't I?) and the continuous nightmares I've had recently ain't helping much (some school-related some not).

P.S. I think Hong Kong guys are pretty good looking. I've seen a few students who are not bad but it's really rare to see the good looking ones. I've only seen like 1-2 really good looking ones. Still, I'd prefer oogling at.... hahah, you know who :D

Baby's going in for 2 weeks this time. Cause he has field camp. Which is really fast and I have no frigging idea why it's so fast when Sharma's one is only in mid-March about there?
Ohwells, which kinda sucks also. Cause once I'm back from HK, immediately baby starts his field camp ): Don't even know if we'll have a chance to talk before his field camp starts.

And it's going to be our very very first monthsary which we won't be together. We don't exactly celebrate each monthsary like have good food, spend the whole day out and such, only occasionally, but we make it a point to be with each other on that day. Even if it means just lazing at home sleeping. Haha.
This will be the first ever monthsary, we won't get to be together because the baby boy is going to sleep with the wild boars and Mother Nature): Sucks.

& I've made up my mind to slaughter Joel the next time I see him. Okay well maybe not the next time I see him but I'll slaughter him after he passes me Cluedo. I wish I can psycho baby to murder him in the bunk or something but whenever my blur sotong needs help, he goes to Joel, so the idea is out.

I seriously think I'm packing too much into my luggage -.- Well, it's always safer to bring more than bring less right? I learnt that the hard way when I was young. Like really young, lower primary maybe? I went for this camp at Camp Christine and realised I kinda miscalculated the amount of attires I needed. So I had to borrow one of my friend's extra shirts. From then on, I decided that even if I have to make my bag look like some huge ball (meaning super deformed), I'm going to make sure I have extra stuff just in case.

& you know, some times I'm really so so glad for guy friends. Hahaha, yes, this refers to you Jeff.
Other than the fact that he didn't purposely stay up for me (he just didn't feel like sleeping -.-), he listened (or rather see) me rant and be emo and all till 4am in the morning. That's the thing about having such guy friends. They hear you rant/emo be it over the net or phone, and they really listen all the way. And the best thing I like, they give cold, hard constructive advice. For girls, the advice tends to be more emotional (I tend to do that some times but most of the time I'll just be direct) and say something like, 'maybe it's not like this.... maybe you're thinking so much...' but for guys is just like 'seriously, get a life and move on.' Though sometimes it hurts hell lot, I did cry before when I heard such stuff and I honestly hated them in that point of time, but it's reality.

I think I have pretty much enough of emo stuff. Just gotta keep moving forward. And I must not watch drama serials. Seriously, they all just make me emo. Like really really emo. Geez.
Off to pack my luggage! Ta.

P.S. Jo: Text me when you see this (: See if we can confirm our driving stuff before I leave:D

Feeling really REALLY lazy.
Hahaha, CNY was really boring. I only visited my granduncle. End of story.
Went over to baby's house too but on the relative's side, it's just my granduncle. Full stop.

Amazing when I found out my dad's family tree. Gosh.
It's like my great grandfather has 3 sons and 2 daughters. Daddy says it should be boy girl boy girl boy.

Eldest son - died in WWII (I honestly didn't expect anyone that's related to me to have died in the war)

Eldest daughter - Unknown. If she's still alive, she should be over 100 already.

2nd son (my grandfater) - Died when my daddy was in Sec3. If he's alive he should be nearing/over 100.

2nd daughter - Died two years back.

Youngest son (my granduncle) - About 90 plus plus already. He has photos taken with MM Lee and yeah, he's older than MM Lee. Amazing.

Ohwells. I just realised.
I can't find a job. Yet.
Cause I'll be overseas in a few days' time. I just realised only after this job thingo called me. Damn, and the pay was good. Zz.

If you are still so ashamed of acknowledging me as your girlfriend in front of your friends, so be it.
I'm f***ing tired of this. Each and every time.

Congrats, you are the very first guy that made me cry on Valentine's Day itself.

Anyway, Happy Chinese New Year and Happy Valentine's Day to everyone!

& Happy birthday my dear Rachel! (:

My botak head is out! Heehee.
& he's fast asleep over the phone.

Nope, no pictures yet. I'm kinda shagged.
He looks part stranger part cute boy to me. HAHAHA. Especially when I stare at his silhouette at night, he looks totally like a stranger (cause his head is actually round for once) and when I stare hard in his face under the moonlight (okay basically dim light) he looks like matthew cheah without specs.

Wtf. Of all people, he has to look like someone whom I've never contacted since 4 years ago.
Botak head nice to touch! All mine I tell you. Soft soft nice to touch.
Hahahahaha but when I try kissing the top of his head, it hurts cause the million tiny hair pokes my lips.

Okay I'm really cranky. Totally not happy that I didn't get to take some shots at Bugis today. Wasted.
That does it. I'm too brain dead to continue on.
Baking at 4am is something I'll never EVER do again.

Oh btw, did I mention why I had to bake at 4am? Cause at first I started baking at 10pm and I was almost done by 11pm, till my dad took the first bite of the first batch of cookies.
Turns out that I put in 375g of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of sugar instead of 375g of sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
I know I'm amazing. Thank you very much.
Threw away the entire batch and thus, this is why I have to wake up at 4am to bake. Ohwells.

I'm a living zombie right now.
Every morning I'm baby's personal alarm clock Z_z
Been waking him up at timings like 4.30am, 5am and today, 4am.
I'm really a zombie right now.

Cause for me, I'm an extreme light sleeper (unless I'm totally exhausted which is really rare) so not only do I wake up at the slightest noise or movement, I also can't sleep once I'm awake. So all I do is just toss and turn in bed till the sun comes up and then I'd get outta bed.

Today even better. Wake up at 4am, called baby to wake up, talked till him till he goes to the toilet and back to bunk then I went to bake cookies. Want to die I tell you.

My dad said, DON'T USE THE MACHINE OR YOU WILL WAKE EVERYONE UP.
Machine = The electric beater that was invented by some genius to ease the pain of mixing the dough.

I stoned there. Then I started mixing the easy ingredients first: Butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla essence. Had to bring it up to my room and shut the door so nobody will complain. Headed back down, measured the flour, and brought it all up to my room again to mix. I nearly died I tell you.

The dough was so damn thick and tough I wanted to just cry and go back to sleep (okay not cry but curse rather). But bo bian. Had to do it. My hands are painful and aching now ):
I honestly don't think the dough's very well mixed, partly cause the sugar wouldn't melt and you could see the grains of sugar sticking out of the dough but hey, just think about it, before the machine was invented, people all used hands.

I'm just helping to relieve past memories of when I was small and young and I did my baking without the machine too (but with the help of my dad's strength at least).

Pratically baked for 4.5 hours straight. Okay the baking is only about an hour. The mixing, kneading, rolling, cutting took me 3.5 hours. Can die seriously.

Ah wells, baby's booking out today! 5.30pm! YAY! :D :D
And I just earned $20 for carrying to mega huge cupboards down the stairs. The cupboards are taller than me. My arm muscles are dead. I'm only using my finger muscles to type this post. Hahahahahaha. Cranky. I need sleep. But I need to go out soon. Ohwells.

Jeffrey was in such a pissy mood yesterday. Hahaha.

HELLO JEFFREY IF YOU'RE READING THIS, TEXT ME WHEN YOU ARE HOME OKAY!
I'VE GOT COOKIES FOR YOU TO THANK YOU FOR PEI-ING ME FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS AND TAKING ALL MY RUBBISH SHIT :D

Don't say I'm not nice to you. I'm extremely nice to you too okay! I can always list down all the things I've done for you since young (especially when we go play bball together). HAHAHAHAHA.

THANK YOU JEFFREY ZHOU JIE HAO!

See, big big la your name. Hahah. But ya la, must say a big thank you to my this very very very special p school best friend who's grown up with me all these years, played basketball with me, went to see my bowling competition and keep me company even though he was so frigging bored there and always accompanying me to god-knows-where every time I ask him to. And never has he once complained (okay he does but only means it as a joke) and tell me where can you find a friend like him?

Okay better stop praising him liao. Later his head too big. Nahahaha, sekali bigger than my bag today =P

Been out since morning. Frigging tired. Slept bout 1am then had to wake up at 5am to accompany baby by texting him while he goes to the toilet. I offered to okay! Not that he's sucha sissy whatsoever. I think he feels rather lonely. Cause he's the only one who doesn't have a partner (he has no idea where or who his partner is cause apparently he never did appear during enlistment) so he has no one to clarify while in doubt and stuff. I mean ya la, can ask others but knowing him, he's just too shy to ask. That poor boy is also so cute I tell you. 5 mins before lights out, he needed to shit so I told him just go shit he say cannot no time. So I told him okay, 5am wake up go shit okay? And he really did go shit at 5am. Gosh. So yepp. Woke up and texted him all the way till he went to fall in.

I mean, it's pretty scary for someone to wake up early in the morning and go to the toilet alone. If it was me, I won't even bother or if it's really urgent I'll pull someone along. That's what I always do in camps. I mean, it's freaky when everywhere is dark, silent and cold. Plus the toilet has mirrors. -shudders-

After that I left house, went for appt and headed down to Bugis to meet Denise. Went over to Sim Lim to change my camera battery. I'm amazing I tell you. Uncle Tony (the guy working there) told me that it's only one in a million chance that the batteries don't work even after charging them for 8 hours. And I'm so lucky to get the one in a million battery that didn't work -.- Geez. After that headed to eat with Denise and we really caught up a lot again, talking about various things from anti-christ things (pretty freaky) to universities to gossips and everything.

Walked about Bugis awhile before we took the same train with her going home to shower before meeting Sean (I think) and I going to Yishun to meet Jeffrey. Stoned at North Point with him (YAY! I LEARNT THREE NEW MAGIC TRICKS MUAHAHAHAHAHA! Eh, NO! JEFF YOU HAVEN'T TAUGHT ME THE FLIP THE CARD ONE!) and then we took like an hour and a half bus journey from Yishun interchange to BukitBatok interchange. HAHAHAHAHAH! From sun to no sun.

Ate at westmall. Stupid #$%@#$@ people just move bags without permission walau I wanted to swear at them in English with a smile to my face so badly so that they'd think I'm praising them.
Zz.

Me wanna go learn driving. Pfft.
Am going to shower then wait for baby's call. He's so cute, called me while he's in the toilet waiting for his turn to shower. That's boy's a little kid I swear. Cause I told him on the first night to go shower, pack all his things for the next day, set his alarm clock and snuggle into bed before calling me so that when light's out, he can go sleep immediately. So this little boy really listen to me and he'd go chiong to the showers immediately so he can call me. Seriously cute.

Oh, Denise and I agreed that all the sean/shaun/shawn/whatever variations of 'sh-or-n' are a bit weird and retarded whilst we also agree that people called Eugene are really the nicest guys around and with the best kind of character but gets bullied easily.

P.S That's why I hate it when guys go to army. The way they talk changes.
Eugene just said FUCK. Not like it's a big deal la but I extremely hate it when he says it.
I know I swear fuck all over my blog but in real life I don't say it at all. Geez. Hate it. Hate it when guys I know go to army cause they way they talk just pisses me off big time. At least for the bengs I know still not that bad cause like whole day I hear them say KNN LJ etc etc then go army also the same so no diff. But for english speaking people, it really gets on my nerves idk why. I'm pretty pissed now. Eug knows that too. Zz.

My baby's gone ): Gah.

He's now part of some island far far away. Didn't even have much time to spend time with him once we got on the shuttle bus):

Pfft. I just hope baby won't change the way he is. Cause I love him the way he is right now. Army life always changes the attitudes of guys and how they interact with each other. I've seen tons of my friends go into army and how they've changed, some for the better but most for the not so good. Geez.

I miss him already ): Waiting for his call which should come about soon I hope.
And his batch being the pioneer batch, gets some dont know what thingo that lets them surf the net in their bunks and such.

Today is the day my p school best friend, my jc best friend and my boyfriend goes to army on the same day at the same timing. Joel and Eug are in Scorpion (I think) whilst Aks is in Whiskey.
Pfft. Hopefully the stay the same. Otherwise it'd suck big time.

I so wanna see baby right now. Even though it's only been about 5 hours since I last saw him but I'm just so not used to not having him around. Bad trait. Tsk.

Hopefully after I've posted this entry, he'd call already!
Hopefully...
Yay! ♥ Baby called ♥

Happy (belated) 18th monthsary dear!

Had a really really smashing day yesterday even though baby paid a lot for it ): Gah.
But still both of us are happy and I guess that's all that really matters!

Early morning, we woke up at 5.45am got ready to meet up. Nahahahah. I didn't calculate in a 'jam time' so I ended up late but still rather early to get to Sentosa!

We went to buy tickets, collect brochures, look at the map, planned our route (we really felt like tourists), and started out day!

Headed down to Siloso point first where we stoned about the Underwater World area because most attractions only opened at 10am and we reached sentsa at 9.20am? xD Saw those humongous gigantic sea turtles that swam so slowly but suddenly it ZOOOM-ED and was off to another place. It's hell fast really. It caused really large ripples in the ponds, so large that you can pass it off as waves in the sea, serious! And it's really gigantic.

Didn't manage to take nice pictures cause I haven't bought my CPL filter yet so reflections were being really irritating. Anyway, we moved on after that to our first stop!

First stop: FORT SILOSO

WE WERE THE FIRST CUSTOMERS THERE :D:D EVEN EARLIER THAN THE TRAM WHICH ONLY ARRIVED 5 MINUTES AFTER US!

Real cannons from the Japanese Occupation.

It was really hard to take this shot. It was dark in the room and I couldn't use flash. Glad it still turned out pretty well.

Damn hot. And the tunnels are freaky. I kept thinking about how people died here and how a spirit may pop out out of nowhere. Haha. Plus the plastic figurines makes it even freakier. Still, after an hour I wanted to stop (really really tiring climbing up and down stairs and slopes and getting bitten by stupid bloodsuckers) but baby wanted to go see more stuff so we continued.
Baby especially LOVED the playground. Hahahaha.

Swing baby swing!

Took the tram out of Fort Siloso and it dropped us off back at the Underwater world. I wanted to get an airbrush tattoo to go home and freak my mum out but baby refused to let me get one. Zz. Took the bus down to our next stop!

Second stop: THE MERLION
Y'know at the various attractions at Imbiah, there'd be staffs taking photos and trying to sell it to you later on? Well, the one at The Merlion was using a pro DSLR. Damn. I'm jealous. Out of all the rest, only he was the one using the PRO DSLR. Jealous jealous jealous. FC has a pro DSLR too. Grr.

Ohwells, we went to the mouth of the Merlion first, then the head. That's when I accidentally hit baby in the face while keeping my tripod): He has a small cut near his eye and it's a little bit swollen ):

In the theatre where they show you a video about how Singapura came about. The designs are exotic I tell you.

On the Merlion's head! (From the Skyride, people on the Merlion's head looked pretty much like black dandruff on white hair -.-)

Went down the Merlion and sat at Delifrance to eat Delipotato and also to clean baby's cut(it was bleeding a little) and get ice to press on the wound to bring down the swelling. I knew I should have brought a first aid kit. Given that it's baby I'm going out with, there's bound to be the need for the kit. Damn.

Swing low, sweet chariot, coming for to carry me home.

Then we headed to our third stop!

Third stop: SKYRIDE
We bought tickets to unlimited sky ride (only one way though. Tsk). And it was really funny cause there are four seats and baby and I ended up sitting one sit apart. So I sat on seat 1 and he sat on seat 3. Hahahahaha. He was pouting the whole way because we were sitting too far apart.

But the one in front of us was worse. Haha, you could see the whole thing tilting. THREE Indian men were all sitting to one edge so the seat tilted to one side. Really funny to see the whole thing tilting to one side.

Got off the skyride and headed down to the fourth stop!

Fourth stop: BUTTERFLY PARK AND INSECT KINGDOM
Hell lots of butterflies. Fluttering all about. Zooming here and there. Let the pictures do the talking. And the insect keeper there allowed us to hold newborn butterflies :D

BUTTERFLY ON NOSE!

ITSY BITSY BUTTERFLY CLIMBING UP THE NOSE!

World's second largest butterfly (if I'm not wrong).

It's seriously frigging huge. Just look at the comparison between the butterfly and a huge red ant.

& the birds section was scary. The birds there ain't scared of people. They just zoom straight at you/past you like nobody's business. Baby had a whole bunch of them who flew straight at his head while he was climbing up the stairs (I made him climb up first heehee) and luckily he ducked cause according to him, they were flying right into his face. Then another 3 birds zoomed past both sides from behind making me freak out cause it was really close and I could feel the wings brush past me.

BIG BIG BIG BIG BIG BIG BIG BIG BIG BIG BIG BIG something. Monitor lizard I think?

I'm not entirely scared them but I just don't like it when they fly near you. It tickles and gives me goosebumps.

We left the butterfly place and headed down to the fifth stop!

Anyway Imbiah lookout is the place with the most attractions in Sentosa!

Fifth stop: DESPERADOS
It's this 20 seater cinema thingo that audiences sit on motion based saddles and shoot bandits. Something like Time Crisis but simpler, lamer and with a moving seat. Baby ended up getting first place and I got second. HAHAHAHAHA. Imma winner!!

After that, we went to take another shuttle bus down to Palawan but we got caught in a jam (some truck overturned and blocked the whole road) and being the only two passengers on the bus, the driver advised us to alight and walk to the monorail instead otherwise we'd have to wait really long. Yep, so we went to take the monorail to Palawan then sat down and rest and get a drink at Coffeebean before continuing to our sixth stop.

Sixth stop: SKYRIDE
Haha, baby insisted that we made full use of the unlimited sky rides we have to yup, we went on the skyride again (that would explain why we kept having to take the bus shutter service. Cause the unlimited skyride we have is only one-way going up so we have to take a bus down every time we want to go back up again).

This time, we sat beside each other. Haha. And baby bought the photos they captured as a momento. Thanks dear!

After we got back on the top, we headed straight to our seventh stop!

Seventh stop: TIGER SKY TOWER
It's basically just some thingo that brings you up 110m from ground and rotates in the air 360degrees to see the view (it's Singapore's tallest viewing tower or something) then brings you back down. Nothing much tho. But we had to go cause it's part of the package we bought.

After that, we had tons of spare time to kill so baby insisted we go to our eighth stop. It wasn't included in our plans but since it's free admission and we had time to spare so why not?

Eighth stop: SENTOSA NATURE DISCOVERY
Sure it is discovery. Discovered tons of blood suckers sucking out my blood when I was trying to capture a shot of this huge spider (I think I'm amazing to have found it). It's the giant orb spider and it's also featured in the guide noticeboard that it's a must see if you can spot it. I was trying to find monkeys whilst baby was trying to find that huge spider and I still found it anyway and I still think I'm amazing. Muahahahahaha.

Presenting to you, the giant orb spider. It's seriously scary. Sentosa has big animals, really.
Huge sea turtles, huge butterflies and now huge spiders.

But to take that shot cost me about 8 mozzie bites all over my legs. Damn. Made me so irritated I refused to stop anymore and marched straight out of the whole trail. Even though I was pretty sure I spotted a monkey somewhere deeper in the trees. Ohwells.

Not much more time, we just took a tram down to Koufu restaurant at Palawan beach for dinner at about 7pm. After that we headed down to our next attraction.

Ninth stop: SONGS OF THE SEA
The tourists are really 'kiasu' (or maybe it's the tour guides) but the show only starts at 8.40pm and when we reached at 8.20pm, there were about 200 or more people queuing up to go in already. Geez. Baby and I went to collect our food (we purchased the tickets with a combo meal. bad mistake I tell you) and went to watch the show.

Note the face changing.

Mouth opening.

ROAR!

Didn't live up to my expectations to be honest. It was hell boring, kiddy and only the special effects were nice. Storyline sucks to the max. Maybe I set my expectations up to high when it was advertised that this show is an award winning attraction. Pfft.

Tenth stop: SKYRIDE
Our very last stop for the day. A night time skyride. My baby boy's so excited cause it's going to be a skyride at night and it'd be exciting. Haha, yup, it definitely feels really different to be riding it at night.

After that just bus-ed out of Sentosa and bus-ed home.
Baby's sun burnt now. Heehee.

P.S. Thank you dear for the wonderful memories and the awesome day. Just the two of us, no distractions and enjoying ourselves to the fullest and doing things which we will not normally do together. I love you!
